A number of exhibitors can sponsor monthly e-newsletters with advertisements or editorial message including a link to registration unique for your company. Monitor registrations in real time and receive contact information. Each e-newsletter consists of an html e-mail and reach over 4,000 potential leads, decision makers and/or influencers.

Printed newsletters
A limited number of exhibitors can sponsor printed newsletters with advertisements or editorial messages. Each newsletter will reach over 4,000 potential leads, decision makers and/or influencers.

Lead Qualification Central
Generate leads before the show! Exhibiting companies with over 24 sqm stands will take part in this exclusive service. Potential visitors without a personal invitation have to apply for an invitation from the Information Security Expo website. Complete contact information and the validation procedure will be passed on to exhibitors involved in Lead Qualification Central.

Visitor List Rental
Send marketing material to previous show visitors or those that register in advance before the 2007 event. Create material that is completely customized to the recipient’s profile – industry, position, areas of interest, size of company.
Start-up cost EUR 132, SEK 1,200. Addresses EUR 0:45, SEK 3.80. Valid for one distribution.

Bar code scanners
A scanner pen allows you to easily gather information about the visitors to your stand, via the bar code on the visitors’ name badges.
EUR 385, SEK 3,500 for the first pen, EUR 110, SEK 1,000 per extra pen.

E D U C A T I O N

Vendor presentations
More and more in demand are the vendor presentations that are running throughout the two days from conference room K 22 with a capacity of 80 people in the audience. Topics and speakers are presented in the show program and on the website. Speaker time 25 minutes.
EUR 1,650, SEK 15,000.

Keynote speakers & panel discussions
Keynote presentations and panel discussions will take place in conference room K 21 with a capacity of 213 people in the audience. Contact the show management for more information about how to expose your company in relations to keynote presentations or panel discussions.

Events/seminars
Host an event or seminar during the length of the show! Take advantage of the fact that we offer event packages including rooms with complete conference settings and will inform visitors about your special event in all marketing activities. Two conference rooms (K 23 & K 24) are available, each with a capacity of 80 people in the audience.
EUR 3,410, SEK 31,000 for a half-day 80-people event.

Gold Sponsorship Information Security Expo (one company)

Exclusive rights for one company to be exposed as the gold sponsor of Information Security Expo in the entire visitor campaign. This includes:

• Prime position on all newsletters, invitations and advertisements

• A unique distribution to 2,000 individuals within the target group

Carrier Bag Sponsorship
Increase your visibility on site by advertising on the official carrier bags that are distributed to all visitors at the entrance. The price includes the cost of production.

New Product Sponsorship
New product placement/advertisement in New product guide or per description in e-newsletter.

Logo package print
Company logo printed on invitations and `You Are Here´ Boards on site at the show. A cheap and effective way of making your company seen is by ensuring that the visitors can locate your showcase.

Balcony Banner
Balcony banners hung from the balcony separating the ground floor from the second floor are excellent for brand exposure. Landscape format, size 2,5x0,8 metres.
